How do i know that you will be a good fit as my supervisor?

Let’s talk! Free of charge of course. That way you can tell me a bit about yourself, your goals and interests within the field, and get an idea of what I will be like to work with to see if we would be a good fit for supervision.

How do i pay you for supervision?

I don’t do payment plans or accept any up front payments, as supervisees typically have very busy lives and will reschedule/adjust their supervision hours from month to month. If you prefer to pay in one lump sum each month, that’s fine! Otherwise, after you log-off to e-meet for a session, simply complete the payment screens for the appropriate number of supervision hours for that individual or group session.

What equipment is required for remote supervision?

In order to participate in remote supervision you will need internet access and a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam. I use Zoom or Google Meet to host our session (no payment needed) and Google Drive to share related documents. You will also need a smartphone or other device with which you can record videos.

Can i contact you at times other than during video-conferencing?

Absolutely. You can e-mail me at any time, client or not. If you are a client I will give you my personal cell so that you have easy access to text/call me with any questions you may have. My response time with e-mail is typically within 24 hours, but usually much sooner.

Will you charge me to ask questions when we are not video-conferencing?

Absolutely not. For behavior analytic questions or concerns, I am available via e-mail, text, or phone. You can reach me pretty much anytime between 6am-6pm PST. The only thing I charge for is supervision via video-conferencing.

After the free consultation, if i decide remote supervision is right for me, what are the next steps?

The next step would be the co-creation of a contract outlining expectations for both you and I throughout the supervision process. Then we would look at scheduling our supervision sessions about one month at a time.

Do you require a deposit?

Nope.
